FAQ: I'm not receiving Scaura's invitation emails or password reset emails. What can I do?

Sometimes emails get lost and do not arrive at your inbox. Once an email is sent from our server, there are different variables that could prevent it from reaching your inbox, and we don't have control over them. However, we've prepared a short guide to help you if this happens.

I don't receive Scaura's invitation email

When a user is invited to Scaura, we send them an email from no-reply@scaura.com with instructions to set their password and login for the first time.

If you were invited to Scaura by an admin, but did not receive an invitation email from Scaura, please follow these steps:

  1. Make sure your admin added you as an active user on Scaura.
  2. Check your spam/junk folders.
  3. Consider adding no-reply@scaura.com to your contact list and/or asking your network administrator to whitelist this address.
  4. Ask your admin to re-send the invitation. If your admin does not know how to re-send an invitation, please see How to re-send an invitation.

I don't receive Scaura's reset password email

To reset your password, you'll be asked to provide your email address. If you see an error after providing your email address, then you most probably do not have a Scaura account with that email. However, if you do see a confirmation that an email has been sent to you with instructions but you do not receive an email from us, then follow these steps:

  1. Check your spam/junk folders.
  2. Consider adding no-reply@scaura.com to your contact list and/or asking your network administrator to whitelist this address.
  3. Try to reset your password another time.
